The University of Malaga, through this Vice Rectorate, offers a wide range of services designed to improve the quality of life of the different groups during their University experience.

The planning and the management of the above mentioned services, which cover a range of different fields, such as the supervision of cafeterias and dining halls of the different centres and faculties of the University of Malaga, advice to the students in their search for accommodation, aids and grants for the working staff, organization of Open Education Lecture Rooms for Adults, etc., correspond to the Vice Rectorate of Social Welfare and Equality.

To attend to this variety of tasks, the Vice Rectorate is based in specialized offices and services distributed between the two Campus (El Ejido and Teatinos).
